Shipping policy

1. Shipping Regions

1.1. We ship to the following countries: Germany, all Member States of the European Union, the United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland, and the United States of America (USA).
1.2. Orders from other countries may be possible on request. Please contact us via the contact form to check shipping options.

2. Shipping Costs, Taxes and Duties

2.1. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are clearly shown during checkout.
2.2. International orders (outside Germany): We ship under Delivered at Place (DAP). Import duties, taxes and other charges at the destination are payable by the recipient. These are not included in the product price or shipping costs and vary by country. Please check with your local customs authorities in advance.
2.3. Returns from abroad: Please mark returns as “Return of Goods.” Any duties/charges arising from incorrect declaration may be deducted from your refund.

3. Delivery Times

3.1. Production/dispatch readiness: Due to our manufacturing process, orders are typically ready to ship in approx. 14–20 business days after receipt of payment (business days = Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays at the shipping or destination location), unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.2. Transit time: Delivery time varies by destination and is in addition to the production time.
3.3. Peak seasons & international shipments: Around holidays or during high order volumes, production and delivery may take longer. For international deliveries, lead times can be significantly longer depending on destination. Customs clearance, local holidays and force majeure (e.g., severe weather, strikes) can cause delays beyond our control.
3.4. Unavailability: If a product becomes permanently unavailable after the contract has been concluded, we will inform you promptly and refund any payments already made.

4. Carriers

4.1. Shipments are handled by a carrier selected by us.
4.2. Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable; no additional shipping costs arise for you.
4.3. Tracking details (tracking number, estimated delivery) are provided in the shipping confirmation, where tracking is available.
4.4. Tracking & Insurance: Spoiler Shelves are shipped as insured parcels with tracking. Spoiler Photo Holders and Spoiler Key Racks are shipped without tracking and without shipping insurance.

5. Transfer of Risk & Transport Damage

5.1. Consumers: The risk of loss passes to you only upon delivery of the goods to you or to a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier. If you choose the carrier yourself and we did not offer that option, the risk passes when the goods are handed over to the carrier.
5.2. Transport damage: Please note any visible damage at delivery if possible and notify us without delay. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected; such notice helps us pursue claims against the carrier.

6. Returns (Cancellation)

6.1. Germany / EU / UK: Consumers have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. Details (start of the period, exceptions, consequences) are set out in our Right of Withdrawal notice.
6.2. Outside the EU/UK (e.g., Switzerland, USA): No statutory or contractual right to cancel applies; returns are excluded. Statutory warranty rights for defects remain unaffected.
6.3. Return shipping costs: In the event of cancellation, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
6.4. Refunds: We refund all payments, including the outbound cost of the standard delivery option, within 14 days once the goods are received by us or you provide proof of dispatch (whichever is earlier). Surcharges for express/premium shipping are not refunded.
6.5. Diminished value: Compensation is due only if any loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (e.g., mounting, gluing or permanently screwing before the cancellation period ends).
6.6. No restocking fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
